This valuable resource has provided 21,809 meals to Carroll County neighbors in the last year.
The Carroll County Soup Kitchen is open for take-out lunch Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11 am through 12 pm. Drive through or dine inside. Volunteer opportunities in the kitchen and dining room. If you want to help with this important mission, show up at 8 am on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday and they’ll put you to work.

On Tuesdays at 12:00, you can find good listeners and supportive people at the AFG Carrollton Al-Anon meeting, hosted at Carrollton Presbyterian. Please spread the word if you know someone who is impacted by another person’s substance addiction. We meet in the little white house behind the church at 124 Maple Street, Carrollton, GA 30117

Open Hands provides a pickup food service for people in the community, as well as financial counseling and help finding housing. It is a joint effort with many of the downtown churches. Volunteer opportunities in the office and warehouse.

Our choir, led by Mackenzi Phillips and our talented scholarship students, is a fun way to share in the love of Christ. There are singers of all levels of experience. The most important thing is that you want to make a joyful noise. Practice on Wednesday nights at 7:00-8:15 pm in the choir room downstairs.

Some children in our community only have regular meals at school. Because of this, we pack nutritious snack food for children to eat on the weekends and deliver it to Carrollton Elementary Schools. Each week we feed over 100 children. We have four teams that each serve one week per month. It takes less than an hour.
